The main reasons for these phenomena are as follows.
The slotting of the folding components of aluminum-plastic composite panels is an important information for ensuring that the panels have sufficient strength to process different parts. During the slotting process, it is forbidden to damage the back of the aluminum plate, and plastic parts with a thickness of not less than 0.3mm should be left behind. However, in the current processing, due to the lack of precision in operation and equipment, there is often a phenomenon of cutting aluminum plates causing cracking in the folded parts of aluminum plate components, greatly reducing the strength of aluminum-plastic composite panels.
The combination of reinforcing bars and reinforcing bars is the key to ensuring the strength and flatness of the aluminum torsion plate combination. However, there are many problems in the mechanical processing and assembly process. If the design of reinforcing ribs and stiffeners does not meet the requirements of social norms and development, their strength is insufficient, and a certain number of stiffeners are set and insufficient. There are many defects in the connection between the reinforcing ribs and the aluminum-plastic panel, especially in the connection between the reinforcing ribs and the back aluminum-plastic panel.
Due to the inability to connect aluminum-plastic panels with reinforcing ribs using welding screws, only structural double-sided adhesive strips or structural adhesives can be used for structural bonding. Both of these bonding methods require strict operating procedures to be followed, otherwise the necessary bonding strength cannot be achieved. At present, many aluminum-plastic composite panel components in China are not operated according to design specifications by enterprises, resulting in the failure of adhesion between the reinforcing ribs and panel data before or after installation for a period of time, causing the aluminum-plastic panel to protrude and become uneven under wind load, resulting in a decrease in strength and seriously affecting the use and management function of aluminum-plastic composite panels in society.
During use, the inner and outer aluminum-plastic composite panels are combined with LDPE panels to form aluminum-plastic panels. It is strictly prohibited to cut the edges or process holes of the unadorned and unsealed aluminum-plastic panels directly exposed to people, otherwise it will cause cracking between the aluminum-plastic panel and the composite layer. Some construction units, in order to save materials, often cut aluminum-plastic panels without decoration and use them directly, causing unimaginable serious consequences.
